We all know the four taste senses are sweet, sour, bitter, and salty. In the past few years, 2 more have emerged. SAVORY (Umami) and FIZZY.

Over the past 30 years, Ernie, Helen, and I have been working naturally with these taste sensations and with the praise and encouragement of all of our family, friends, employees, and guests, we have created a splendid table to please the finest taste buds…yours!

Vallozzi’s Culinary team has always been a unique team of people from all walks of life, but they all have two things in common: they all love food and they know the importance of you!
