| The Enomatic Wine Serving System is a revolutionary system for serving wine as well as preserving open bottles of wine. Hand-made in the Tuscan Hills of Italy, Enomatic has created a unique experience; by simply by pressing a button, you can enjoy the wine of your choice, in the portion size of your choice.By having the ability to store open bottles of wine safely with an inert gas (Argon) via the state-of-the-art gas preservation, Enomatic® system prevents wine from being altered by oxygen and protects its oreganoleptic integrity (taste, aroma, body, and color) for over 24 days (certified). Our wide selection of wines allows us to rotate, on a weekly basis 8 different reds and 4 different whites, all ready to be served at your discretion.
All you need to enjoy the Enomatic is a user card. The cards are available from your bartender or server and can be: pre-loaded with a set dollar amount or as an ‘empty’ card that you use to your satisfaction and pay only for what you drank. You are able to get a 1-ounce, 3-ounce or 5-ounce portion of any tapped wine; they are all priced by the ounce. Used around the world and throughout the metropolitan United States, Enomatic has become the buzz in the wine industry and is now ready for your enjoyment only at Vallozzi’s! The Enomatics are available for your use during lunch or dinner, regardless if you are visiting our Dining Room, Casa Elena, Rosso Bianco or the bar. At Vallozzi’s we believe that only the pleasure of tasting can lead to the right choice. Loving wine means learning and discovering new things about it; the Enomatic systems are truly one of the best tools you can use to taste, learn about and enjoy wine. We will always have an interesting, often eclectic selection of wines at all price point and from all regions. This is a great way to enjoy a Lagrein from Alto Adige, a Rueda from Spain or a Rose from the Rhone, or even an award winning Napa Valley Cabernet – wines that you may not want to drink (or pay for) a whole bottle of…but were always curious about! Now you can enjoy many wines that you will not see served by the glass – the Enomatic system allows us to offer wines of that ilk, while maintaining the integrity of the wine. You’ll have to stop in often or check our Facebook page to see what’s on tap! See you soon! |
