Ernie Vallozzi's Restaurant is a 250 seat Italian restaurant that combines traditional Italian fare with contemporary treatments.
Beyond the red awnings and Mediterranean decor is one of the Pittsburgh area's finest dining experiences. Wine connoisseurs along with Wine Spectator Magazine consider Vallozzi's extensive wine list one of the best.

Front of the house positions

Host / Hostess Our guests' first impression! Must be well groomed, sharp, friendly and warm to customers with a knowledge of the restaurant. Works with the Vallozzi team to provide a great dining experience.	Server Vallozzi's prides itself with the finest service available. Work and learn with the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in the tri-state area. Must be well groomed, sharp in the area of food, have some knowledge of liquor and wine. Above all, a caring a friendly relationship with the guests.
Bartender Vallozzi's "Rosso Bianco" Wine Bar is also a full service bar. Applicant must have some knowledge of wine, an above average knowledge of mixed drinks and spirits. A highly efficient, fast paced person with a friendly and warm persona would be the perfect team player.	Busperson / Server Assistant The perfect first job experience for anyone interested in learning the food industry; front and back of the house. Works along side the servers and management to help provide quality service to customers.

Back of the house positions

Grill / Broiler Must be familiar with various cuts of meat and have knowledge of temperatures (rare, medium rare, etc.) and knowledge of seafood.	Sauté (line cook) Prepares various sautéed items to order; veal, chicken, seafood, pastas and more.
Garde Manager (salad and dessert person)	Pizza Maker
Chef Apprentiship A great place for culinary students to learn quality foods and the aspects of fine dining. Proper food handling and sanitation are a must for all employees!	Dish Machine Operator Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all dining materials, responsible for maintenance of ware washing machine, other various equipment and cleanliness of surrounding area. Works together with kitchen employees as a team.
